Join EDS: A Calling, Not Just a Summer Job!

At EDS, you choose much more than just a summer job. You opt for a true calling! Our human resources experts will examine your profile, assess your skills, evaluate your potential, and select the position that best matches your profile while meeting the needs of our clubs.

How to Apply?

  1. Read the job descriptions carefully: Assess your talents and skills based on the requirements for each role. Once you’re ready, fill out the online application form!
  2. Pre-screening Interview: If your profile matches one of the positions, our HR experts will contact you for an interview.
  3. Meetings and Discussions: Before each camp, EDS organizes meetings in various regions of Lebanon. These events allow you to discover the spirit of our work, the pursuit of excellence, and the activities that define our professional and pedagogical community. After the first interview, you will be invited to a meeting in the region of your chosen club. You will receive all necessary details: time, date, location, as well as the required documents (CV, cover letter, diplomas, etc.).

What We Are Looking For

During the interview, our experts will focus on several aspects, including:

  • Your communication skills
  • Your language proficiency
  • Your professional skills, tested through simulations with the children
  • The strengths of your personality

The Selection Process

After the meeting, our HR experts will inform you of the decision regarding your application. If you are selected, you will receive information about the BAFA training: schedule, location, and dates. This training prepares you for our work methodology and our administrative and disciplinary requirements, while also training you for the BAFA diploma.

BAFA Training: What You Will Learn

The BAFA training covers the following skills:

  • Understanding the needs and expectations of children
  • Simulation of real-life situations
  • Safety and vigilance
  • Legal and legal responsibility
  • Creativity and fun games
  • The role and functions of the animator
  • Civic responsibility, rights and obligations, social and cultural values
  • Observations and analyses on energy and performance
  • Introduction to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs
  • Evaluation and obtaining the BAFA diploma

The practical part of the training includes:

  • Crazy Signs activities
  • Artistic workshops
  • Sports activities
  • Themed days
  • Guidance and support
