Founded in 1940 and entrusted to the Antonine Sisters, Collège Saint Joseph gradually expanded, becoming coeducational in 1967 and offering education up to the final year of secondary school. In 2000, it began the construction of a sports and cultural center, as well as a theater, both inaugurated in 2004–2005, to better serve its students and the Bekaa region.
